BA+
  • BA MEMBERSHIP which is designed to coincide with in-house training or virtual coaching.

  • Weekly Health Coaching content uploaded to your BA Online App

  • Movement Homework from your trainer uploaded directly to your BA Online App

  • Up to 2 full workouts/year customized for travel or time away from the gym!

  • Communication with the BA Community and access to the BA Fitness Challenges!

PRO

  • Up to 5 customized workouts each week

  • Update to the program every 4 weeks, so constant progression you can count on.
