  • Monthly video call scheduled with your Online Personal Trainer

PRO+
  • ALL of the ROOKIE and PRO packages PLUS the following:

  • Video Movement Assessment to evaluate your current mechanics

  • 1 Live “Distance Training” video session each month with your Online Personal Trainer

  • VIP access to your Online Personal Trainer within 24 hours
