This is a group workout like no other. Perfect training option for those preparing for events such as Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, X Warrior, or Sealfit!

 

If Cross Training, Athletic Performance Coaching, and Functional Mobility Training somehow had an offspring, this would be it. Designed to challenge the beginner, as well as the veteran performance athlete!

This class focuses on motivating you to push yourself in a group dynamic with like-minded individuals. Touching on everything from weightlifting to bodyweight strength, ballistic and plyometric work. Heavy emphasis will also be placed on muscle maintenance and joint mobility in an effort to prevent injury and keep you training more, and hurting less! Every week we challenge you in new and dynamic ways that will teach you more about your body, and have you adding terrific habits to your own workouts and lifestyle that keep you in the game longer.

KICKBOXING CONDITIONING

Conquer your inner goals while kicking your own butt into action ;) 

Conditioning your body to perform at optimum for any task asked of it.. this is the end game. The journey starts with one of our flagship functional fitness classes, coached by one of the best in the industry - Panayiotis Houliaras (see above). 

 

You'll learn basic Chinese, and North American Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Boxing skills combinations. Kickboxing Conditioning includes cardio calisthenics, bag work, partner drills, pad work, and core strengthening exercises. No experience is necessary, and all skill levels train together in a non intimidating, fast-paced setting.
