Whether you're a seasoned athlete or a beginner, this comprehensive program from the team at Body Architects will help you towards your goal of completing HYROX with confidence.

Group training Wednesdays & Fridays @ 7am
A 90min workout the second Saturday of each month
Online coaching with full homework program to be done on your own time with nutrition coaching.
