STREAMLINING 

YOUR SESSION FLOW


    1.    GEAR UP

Please arrive at your scheduled start time for your session, in your workout clothes. For the health and safety of our community showers will be unavailable, and we will not be able to accommodate early entry to the training floor. We ask that you please plan accordingly.

    2.    CHECK-IN

For your first session back, please be sure you have completed the health declaration provided by your coach. Please bring any bags or coats with you to your very own training space appointed by your coach.

    3.    TRAIN SAFELY

You will be invited to enter the training floor area once sanitation has been completed following the preceding session. Please maintain physical distancing as you enter the training floor. Your coach will welcome you to your individual training space. This will include the freshly sanitized space and equipment that is available for your dedicated use during your training session. You will notice that your coach is wearing additional protective equipment, for your safety and theirs. Please make every effort to maintain physical distancing from other clients and coaches during your session.

    4.    FEEL GREAT

All sessions will be 60 minutes in length in order to allow for proper sanitation procedures to be followed in between sessions. Upon completion of your session, you are asked to please not linger to be mindful of the next client’s session. Again, we ask that you maintain physical distancing as you exit the training floor and studio.
